Crescenza, also known as Stracchino, is a fresh cow’s milk cheese.
Crescenza is a very soft, white cheese. It has a creamy, crystalline and spreadable texture and no rind.
It has a mild and delicate flavour, with a slightly lactic taste.
Ciresa Crescenza is available in the following formats: 1 Kg or 500g rectangular bricks; bowls/ bricks of 250g
