Caprini Freschi

Ciresa Caprini Freschi are produced from high quality goat’s milk.

They are a soft fresh cheese, with a creamy, milky white paste interior.

Shaped in a cylindrical way, they are characterised by their fresh and unique flavour, with an acidic taste, which is typical of goat’s cheese. They are perfect to be eaten with a drizzle of olive oil and pepper or with toasted bread.

Ciresa Caprini are available in the following formats: trays of 2 or 7 caprini cheeses.
