THE APRIL MENU

In “Our Recipes” section, the new April Menu is already available.

It features three tasty and creative recipes to express the genuine flavour and freshness of our cheese.

This month we describe a classic first course, Pasta with Mughetto Ciresa and two recipes that are perfect for one-day trip: Quiche with Ciresino and Speck and Mozzarella in carrozza.
